Culture

In a world that rushes forward, the act of slowing down is radical.
The analog community chooses presence over speed,
process over perfection.
Each picture begins with patience,
in the rhythm of film, chemistry and time.
My contribution to this exhibition reflects on its very own practice.
This is an invitation to slow down and to notice.

[Analog experience] is made possible through the (space for) asbl.

Manifesto

(space for) is not a place, it’s a living process.
It grows with us and becomes what we make of it.
We believe that creativity is a way of being.
to question, to heal, to connect.

We work together, conceptually and playfully,
shaping ideas like invisible clay, shaping reality like Beuys’ social sculpture.
Art is not separate from life, it is life
and every conversation, picture, mistake and discovery adds to its form.

We create space for thought and expression.
Space for community.
Space for change.

We gather to reflect, to unlearn, to see through new eyes.
To transform and to be transformed in return.

What we are is defined by what we do.
What we do is an act of care.
Together, we build this space
for art, for awareness, for each other.
